This is the fresh start of the New Year, and we wish our readers, followers and clients, a very Happy Diwali & a Prosperous New Year from the entire team of iCoderz Solutions<\/em>.<\/a><\/p>\n

We have been lately enjoying Halloween Day<\/em> too with some fresh pumpkin recipes and sugar candies. Be it any festival; we love to enjoy it for making our employees feel like a family at work.<\/p>\n

We love to Celebrate<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Life at iCoderz Solutions<\/em> has always been fascinating for the employees as we believe in celebrating the diversity of our DNA. Yes, we love to celebrate different festivals, days, work ethics, individuality and ideas. For us, working together is very important in accepting and acknowledging each other\u2019s culture and diversity. This brings in more creativity and uniqueness in each of our projects.<\/p>\n

The Pre Diwali Week was a Celebration Boom<\/strong><\/h2>\n

At our office, we celebrated one entire week by dressing up in different costumes and homemade recipes to make office celebration premises. We worked alongside and got a homely environment to bring some fun at the workplace.<\/p>\n

This special day, we celebrated and the importance of decoration during Diwali. We decorated our office with a lot of enthusiasm without compromising our ongoing work or project deadlines. We took a lot of Selfie clicks and also teased each other while doing so. It was indeed a lot of fun at work on day 1 of Celebration week.<\/p>\n

Group day and Games<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n\n

One of the fascinating days of the celebration week, indeed! Group day and games were organized by our HR to take people back in their 90s days where offline games were a big part of our life.<\/p>\n

We had a lot of game activities that helped us to understand and know the talent of many employees, who are actually geniuses with their motor skills. Employees were dressed in black and blue t-shirts and jeans to give a perfect blow to the gaming theme.<\/p>\n

Quarter Review Session<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Yes, we had it too! A performance review is one of the best things to have before the end of the existing year. We also had a quarter review session during the celebration and appreciated employees for their flawless and splendid performances at iCoderz Solutions. We love appreciating work because we know how hard it takes to deliver the \u2018best\u2019 results.<\/p>\n

Potluck Day<\/strong><\/h2>\n

We celebrated Potluck day with a great spirit of \u2018Sharing is Caring\u2019 in the canteen area. We understand that India is a diversified land with diversified cultures and religions, but we experienced the fun of the diversity by tasting each other\u2019s homemade lunch. Indeed, there is nothing more beautiful and joyous than that.<\/p>\n

Indian festivals are incomplete without Rangoli, don\u2019t you agree? Rangoli is one of the most colourful things that makes every welcome area of the house bright during Diwali. Rangoli during the Diwali is an old yet trending Indian tradition, and we amused it by inviting our employees to do \u2018Rangoli\u2019 at office premises.<\/p>\n

Furthermore<\/em>, we had great fun at the office by distributing sweets and chocolates to our employees.\u00a0 We had a Company Lunch organized by the CEO, Mr Ashish Sudra; and we all had a great time clicking pictures and enjoying the yummy food. As it was a traditional day too, all the handsome men and beautiful women were dressed in traditional wear.<\/p>\n
